This project, in the heart of Green Valley, offers its residents, a pool, 2,000 SF of covered patio in its private courtyard, and a raised patio overlooking the beautifully landscaped GVR jogging trail. SRM, the Developer and General Contractor completed the project in 2009. Consultants include Wright Engineering (Structural), Comfort Engineering (MPE), and JHA + Associates (Landscape).
