Located just 1.5 miles from Allegiant Stadium, Otonomus Hotel is a 500,000 SF Mixed-Use Condominium-Hotel building consisting of an upscale 303 unit, 4 & 5-story short-term rental Hotel; 20,800 SF of complementary Restaurant and Retail uses integrated into the building; and 3 additional pads on-site for freestanding restaurants/retail.  Otonomus Hotel’s amenities include 10-foot ceilings with high-end finishes and furnishings, a two-story 13,700 S Clubhouse, and a Fitness Center overlooking a chain of three lushly landscaped courtyards, along with penthouse units and an executive office with strip views.  The unit plan configurations provide for a wide range of bedroom count offerings with interconnecting doors.
