The existing site slopes 18’-6” from the northwest corner to the southeast corner, necessitating splitting the overall building into Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (Garage) with the levels staggered approximately 11’-0” to accommodate the site slope and unbroken building circulation.  This apartment building includes an approximately 4,200 square foot, 2-Story clubhouse, dedicated mailroom, restrooms, and an 11,200 square foot courtyard with a pool, spa, cabanas, and outdoor grilling/entertainment facilities.
