G Motel & Tavern is a 38-unit hospitality project located along Boulder Highway, combining lodging with a 5,000-square-foot tavern and rooftop skylounge. The design centers around a compact, efficient site plan with a central arrival court and integrated drop-off, while an elevated building volume creates a covered drive-through and distinct entry experience. The architecture features clean, contemporary massing with articulated façades, recessed windows, and a restrained material palette that gives the project a strong, modern identity. The tavern activates the ground level, with the skylounge above providing an additional social layer and views, positioning the project as a compact, experience-driven destination within the corridor.
