Adaptive reuse of an existing cinema into a pedestrian-oriented retail and dining environment organized around a series of landscaped paseos and courtyard spaces. The design introduces layered indoor-outdoor experiences with shaded seating, integrated planters, and articulated façades that break down the former big-box scale into a finer-grain, walkable composition. A central gathering element anchors the project, supported by activated edges, curated sightlines, and material warmth that reinforces a cohesive, social atmosphere.
