El Rancho Del Sol

El Rancho Del Sol is situated next door to the El Rancho Del Arte, near downtown Mesa. It is comprised of two buildings, with one on each of Ashland, facing the light rail on Main Street. It is made up of community space on the ground level, and a 47 units in a mixture of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. This tax-credit project is a Community Development Partners concept, designed to carry forward with the momentum of phase one to create affordable, quality spaces while fostering a sense of togetherness and providing opportunity. A partnership with Local First Arizona to create a business accelerator program makes use of the community space and the full commercial kitchen to help further that mission.
